Cleanup removes the bad reviews you have right now. You pay per review removed, and only after removal is confirmed. Shield is a monthly plan that keeps your profiles growing: 24/7 monitoring, fresh reviews from your real customers, search ranking and AI visibility, plus 10–20% off every Cleanup when a new bad review needs to come down. ### What is AI recommendation? More people now ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini questions like “Where should I eat in Tampa?” or “Which movers can I trust in New Jersey?”. These tools recommend businesses based on their reviews, ratings and what is written about them online. We strengthen those signals so your business is more likely to be the one they suggest. Included in Growth and Enterprise Shield. ### Do I get my own dashboard? Yes. Every client gets a private dashboard, on Cleanup or Shield. It shows all your reviews across platforms, your ratings over time and your search ranking. You can flag any review you want removed straight from the dashboard, and we start working on it right away. You also get status updates there and by email. ### Which platforms do you cover? Google, Trustpilot, G2, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Facebook, Booking.com, Airbnb, Glassdoor, Indeed, Reddit, Clutch and most other review sites. Ask us about any platform. ### How effective is your review dispute service? We match each review to the exact platform policy it breaks, build the case with evidence and follow up until there is a final decision. Removal decisions are made by the platform, so results are never guaranteed, which is why Cleanup is paid only after removal is confirmed. ### How long does it take to see results? Most confirmed removals land within 7–10 days of filing, depending on the platform’s queue and whether a case needs an appeal. On Shield, clients usually see their rating and search visibility improve month by month as new reviews come in. ### How much does it cost? Cleanup is charged per review removed, only after removal is confirmed: $699 each for up to 5 reviews, $599 each for 6–10 and $499 each for 11–49. Shield is $199, $250 or $399 a month with no commitment (cancel anytime), and gives 10%, 15% or 20% off every Cleanup. For 50 or more reviews, contact us for custom pricing. ### What if only some of my reviews get removed? You pay per review actually removed, at the tier price that matches that number, not the number we filed. If none come down, you pay nothing. ### Is this compliant with Google’s and other platforms’ policies? Yes. We use each platform’s own reporting and appeal process, the same tools available to any business owner, and only for reviews that break its rules. We never write, buy or incentivize reviews. ### What if the review comes back? We remove it again, free. Every removal is guaranteed for as long as you’re a client: if a review we took down reappears, tell us and we file it again at no charge. ### What if the same person keeps leaving new bad reviews? Shield is built for this. We monitor your profiles around the clock and alert you to new violations. Flag them in your dashboard and we file them through Cleanup at your Shield discount, reporting repeat offenders to the platform as a pattern, which carries more weight than single reports. ### How is this different from flagging the review myself? A flag with one click rarely gets reviewed in detail. We match each review to the exact policy it breaks, build the case with evidence, file it through the right channel, and follow up and appeal when the first answer is no. ### Will the reviewer find out? No. Platforms do not tell reviewers who reported them, and we never contact the reviewer.
